What is an Online Police Check?

An Online National Police History Check lists an individual’s disclosable court outcomes. Disclosable court outcomes are offences an individual has pleaded guilty to, or been found guilty of, after trial. If an individual has no disclosable court outcomes, none will be listed.

It contains disclosable court outcomes from all Australian states and territories.  A State Police Check, issued by a state police department, contains disclosable court outcomes from that state only.
