Which Polar products are eligible: All Polar Refrigeration products
When is the promotion Valid: the purchase period commences 12.01am AEST 15th March 2021 and concludes 11.59pm AEST 28th March 2021.
When can customers claim their cashback: the claim period commences 12.01am AEST 15th March 2021 and concludes 11.59pm AEST 11th April 2021 allowing 2 weeks after the end of the promotion to redeem.
How does a customer qualify for the cash back: a qualifying purchase must be made, dispatched and invoiced by Uropa in the relevant time period. Backorders placed during this period are not eligible for this promotion.
Where does a customer claim their cashback: www.polarcashback.com.au
How is the cashback calculated: 10% of the end users purchase price excluding freight.
What needs to be supplied to form a valid claim: a qualifying purchase receipt must specify the product, price, retailer of purchase, purchase date, receipt number and proof payment has been made
How is the cashback distributed: through the claim process on www.polarcashback.com.au the claimant will be asked to choose either VISA Digital Wallet or VISA Physical Card.
How long does the validation period take: validation of the claim takes 3 business days, the claimant will receive notification of the approval via SMS and email. If the claim is invalid, claimants will be notified by email with the reason for decline and the opportunity to supply additional information to support their claim within 7 days.
