Coffee Clean is a specially formulated concentrated coffee machine descaler which can also be used as a soaker for espresso machine parts.

Coffee Clean will not will not taint the coffee and is not corrosive to the espresso machine.

Back flushing Group Head:

Remove group handle and place blank filter insert. Add one scoop of Coffee Clean (equivalent to 8gms) into the group handle. Apply group handle and start cycle for 20 seconds. Allow 20 seconds between cycles. Repeat 3 times. Flush with water. Discard the first cup of coffee to avoid after taste.

CLEANING COMPONENTS

Place group handles and filters in a mix of one teaspoon to 500ml of hot water. Allow to soak for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly. We recommend cleaning your coffee machine at least once per week, or after every 6kg of coffee.
